Shoulder and Neck Health for Climbers from Lattice Training

He demonstrates several exercises which Lattice has found to be extremely useful in preventing pain. These exercises are targeted, performed at a high intensity, and easy to add into your weekly training. Doing a few of these exercises can help climbers create more muscular balance in the upper body and help support the neck when looking upwards during long belay sessions.
